The PR's (that are Eddie Vakser's doing) are lie-filled garbage. Vakser promises acquisitions, operations and products that never materialize. He writes them to dupe investors into buying stock. And, as stated numerous times, law enforcement is grossly underfunded and understaffed. So, Vakser hasn't faced the iron hand of justice yet.

Barry Mezey has been all over the internet speaking out about what happened. No one is sent to court. Again, some readers here aren't grasping that even a sneeze of a court case will run tens of thousands of dollars. Most of us don't have 150 grand laying around to chase lying, scamster, Eddie Vakser around. We also know that collecting is nearly impossible in many cases.

Also, for the record, I know for a fact that law enforcement reads these types of threads. The more activity, the more likely it is that the scam will see enforcement action. So, keep on asking questions.
