That may be a civil matter (as in this case) a business deal done dirty that ends up in court with the parties involved. It could also end up in criminal or civil court if the SEC, FTC or other governmental agency files charges.

All should know that law enforcement is grossly underfunded and understaffed so the majority of obvious scams and criminal actions do not get prosecuted. Here as the dollar loss and number of victims skyrockets, we may well see Eddie Vakser face the iron hand of justice. Time will tell.
