The 20,000 sq ft Scott street Wearhouse was never even leased to Optec international . Why is it even in the financials???? It was leased to Lying Roger Pawson and his other company (not a subsidiary of Optec international) Optec EV OPTI is not even involved but obviously going to pay the bill for Roger
