You have a valid point there Cowpie,

In order for a company to get uplisted, it must apply to get listed
on the exchange and provide financial documents. This helps
the exchange ensure the company’s stock meets requirements
from the exchange and the Securities & Exchange Commission
(SEC).

An 8K with contracts for almost a BILLION DOLLARS just might
help to get uplisted, it will sure open their eyes to look at REDHAWK.
