So they’ve made a some money in a business THEY STARTED. Go figure.

Shareholders put in over $30 million into BIEL, whilst according to their own testimony, they put little capital into BIEL.

The Whelan's sold unregistered shares that they just printed from thin air. Diluting the value of the existing shareholders. AW and KW colluded in this activity and even involved poor old mom PW. And the Whelan family lived off the BIEL teet for decades, whilst shareholders watch the stock trend all the way to the trips.
