Could be he's protected by forward looking statements and he has to keep the hype going - in order to keep the pyramid sceme from in imploding - just lookie here - said he was buying more shares in AMBS too - and that turned out to be just another band-aide on the side of a AMBS's sinking ship...
I feel bad for Daniel Pinksy - great guy - but just another shareholder conned bigley by none other...
