Potentially. We are thinking they want to build their per annum revenue before they do their first registered offering. We were thinking up to $100 million as the more they do the more institutional investors they will get in who are obviously buy and holding a growth name like this. Could be wrong but I would think they may want to build up the war chest ahead of time.

I do know this, the market cap is only $8 million!
