I give you the reasons why we went down from the 13 area, just as I see it, people can certain disagree.

1. No mention from the company ever, nobody thought 6 months ago that this would be possible that they bought a shell and then go silent for 9 months or longer. [/I]

2. The overall OTC market was an absolute horror show last few months, especially shells had no buyers at all anymore. [/I]

As I said many times in the past, we have one huge seller who has been selling an endless amount of shares starting at around 7 or so when I noticed that he (CDEL) always showing 100 or 200 shares on the ask but was selling 2k or 3k and only moved up a fraction and then sold another 2k and as soon as no buyers are there anymore, he will go down, the guy managed to do this from 7 or 8 (when I first saw it) down to 1 buck now and the situation is the same. He would have sold much more all the time but we simply don't have more buyers unless we go a leg lower and then another leg lower to find some more and so on. This is not a retail seller, I think that should be clear watching him for months now.[/I]

THE SELLING HAS BEEN PERSISTENT AND CONSISTENT. ENDLESS. THE CRAZIEST THING IS, AT THE LOWEST PRICE WE HAVE THE LEAST AMOUNT OF BUYERS. DEFINITELY NOT A RETAIL SELLER. ALL THE BEST TO YOU.
