So....CEO puts out a shareholder letter in October that ENDV signed a LOI (in July) to acquire a company by Dec 31, 2021.
Why would they not announce the LOI soon after it happened?
Why wait 3 months after signing a LOI?
What happened to the Dec deadline?
Why no update on what transpired to the supposed acquisition attempt?

No guesses needed.
Just pointing out the lack of transparency you will get if you invest any money here.

CEO sweeps many things under the rug as if they never happened.
