Out of curiosity, if the Annual Meeting is to be held at or near company headquarters, who is intending to attend the live meeting. While I hope they'll webcast or Zoom the meeting, I believe it's up to the company how they do it.

Covid clearly is an unknown, it may be worse, or better, in the roughly one month +/- before the meeting, if it's worse it could be only available virtually. If it's better, I believe it could be limited to only those willing to attend, but I hope they'll go further than that.

I frankly have only attended one such meeting live, it was interesting to speak with some of the key people one on one, but the official meeting was rather boring as there was almost no Q&A period. I believe that attending live has a benefit, but it has more to do with who you can speak with personally, and less with what's acted on in the meeting.
