I believe that even prior to the ATM offering - they claim to have enough cash to get through the milestones below. Once they are past them we should get some good news going through them and seeing the share price increase quite well.
Then at that time they will likely close in on the ATM offering to capitalize on the momentum of the good trial data.
I have said it time and time again 2024-early 2025 is my target year for them to be bought out. It can happen prior but my bets are on mid 2024.
