Very interesting, Stock...According to the text you quoted, XERI has engaged the services of 2 financial advisory firms (for a period of at least 9 months) with the intention of 1) potentially raising hundreds of millions of dollars for some sort of M&A activity and 2) uplisting to a national exchange. Is there any other logical way of interpreting that text?

Sounds like Duffy's big plans XERI are becoming closer to reality!
