Nice Typo (3.20). Obviously was meant to be 0.320.

Getting Back to the Privatizing of the Company. As We Already Notice, the Company Seems to be "Semi" Privatized already some way, as We're Sure that Management and Board Members Own a Majority of the Outstanding Shares.

How exactly would They Go About 100 Percent Privatization of the Company (Buying Remaining Outstanding Shares)?

Someone had a Theory that They'd Have to Make the Stock Price Crash in order to Buy A Lot of Shares. This Explanation Doesn't Seem Plausible. It's Counter Intuitive and Self Destructive, as They'd Have to Sell A lot of Shares (Dilute Their Own Shares if Issuing A Lot of Shares) First, and Then Buy Back Those Shares and Buy More Shares which Would Make the Stock Price Fly Back Up after Having Crashed...This would just Make the Stock incur High Volatility...

So, in Our Humble Opinion, We Don't Feel that the Above "Strategy" is the Plan.

As far as the Selling that's been happening for the last Eight Months or so, We Feel that it was Mainly Profit Taking and/or Some Investors that Needed Some Funds, and, Therefore, Chose to Sell Off Some of Their Veltex Shares regardless of Veltex's Impressive Fundamentals and Bright Future Outlook.

Best Wishes,

Gratzi
