Smart man. It should be legal federally. I think Florida legalized it medically. The 2018 hemp bill as I said before provides this gray area for all of these canniboids to be extracted so long as it comes from the Hemp plant. Delta 9 THC is what comes from the regular weed plant. So in all these states where regular flower is still illegal Delta 8 and the other cannabinoids are exploding in popularity. Delta 8 is called the cousin of delta 9 and is a much lighter not as intense feeling that lots of people prefer over the other. In my states where regular flower is already legal they are fighting this part of the hemp industry because it's cutting into their market share
