Respectfully, I think you both may be missing the more obvious likelihood, that this sales revenue ISN'T REAL. Like the $$633,000 that mysteriously "hit the books" at the end of 2021, there is no evidence that it is anything but a financial recording of a purchase order, that may or may not ever be paid. It's more likely that they pushed out some product on a consignment basis somewhere or sent an order to walmart or another retailer(s), on the basis of it being returnable if it doesn't sell. It's been 6 months since the December "sale" and yet the cash flow statements don't show payments / inflows associated with this revenue. Does it not seem strange that walmart or whomever "bought" this product, hasn't paid $INND yet for it?
Bottom line is that they can accept purcahse orders all day long, as long as they have product to ship, but it doesn't mean that these transactions won't be reversed at some future date.

Oh - I TOTALLY agree with all stated, NO argument from me at all - this is a MASSIVE scam and con job !!

I made a point - to warn folks their ASSETS are as FAKE as a broken wooden nickel and are made-up of "Intangibles" aka TOILET PAPER fake $17 mil (trash that $17 mil bullshit "asset" in a NY nano second - it's FAKE and accounting scam gimmick 101 !!) as is their INVENTORY CHANNEL STUFFING aka "booking as cash, what is most likely worthless and will never sell" and at "liquidation" will fetch pennies on a dollar AT BEST or as you stated be a CHARGE BACK LIABILITY in bad reality.......etc !!!

WHY would he not SHUT THAT DUMP DOWN - and move them to the EMPTY WASTED SPACE Roseville building if the ass clown PUNK KID knew 2 shits about running a real world actual "business" ???

ALWAYS eliminate redundant costs on a buy-out !! Dump the lease and move the idiots a less than 2 hour drive to Roseville or via driving a few days a week and work-from-home the other days to RUN A REAL "BUSINESS" !!
