JPM Chase paid 13 billion dollars to settle willful misconduct claims against them... all other banks during the 2008 financial crisis paid huge fines to the SEC for misconduct...no bank CEO ever were charged with fraud, and none went to jail, because Eric Holder failed to prosecute them... Eric said he just could not prove in court and get a criminal conviction... I posted this fact months ago, but they were dismissed by those that did not read it...I even posted the link...much of the information on this board is nonsense, and just speculation for equity payouts beyond what was given in closing the chapter 11....Lodas
