Let's put the Movychem relationship into perspective and see how fairly or unfairly XERI's investors were treated...

Originally, the revenue from a JV between Xeriant Europe (XE) &b Movychem would have presumably been divided between those 2 parties -- with XE's share subsequently divided in some fashion between XERI and XE, once the XERI/XE relationship was solidified. But, for whatever reason (which I assume we will learn at some point), the XERI/XE JV was put on hold.

Instead, the new JV (between Movychem and XERI directly), apparently gives XERI a 50% share of ALL the revenue the JV with Movychem will generate -- all for the relatively modest sum of $3 million.

Considering the tremendous upside potential, it's an incredible deal -- for XERI and its investors! And definitely NOT something worth getting upset over!
