What bio/pharma would wage a hostile takeover of such a thoroughly failed, scamming company. They run from Inovio!

Partnerships with Inovio end quickly and abruptly. Roche dropped Inovio before Inovio could even take its coat off. DoD dropped Inovio. So on and so on.

For Pete's sake, one of Inovio's Founders, President, CEO, Director and Chairman & Paid Consultant to 2019, Avtar Dhillon, was arrested in his home in September by a US Government Joint Task Force and charged with multiple counts of Stock Fraud and Obstruction of Justice, related to two other scams.

Inovio is Avtar Dhillon's brainchild, just one of his many penny stock scams. NO Pharma or Bio wants the stench of Inovio's Dhillon association, on top of the fact Inovio has no product or prospect of one.

Please, let's do newbees right by declaring Inovio a forty three penny stock* scam, intent on garnering big stock awards, salaries and consulting fees for Avtar Dhillon and his moustache Joseph Kim.

I have zero (0) sympathy for those who gambled on this scam- I have been warning about Inovio for seven years!
