Greetings from CEO!

Dear existing SPIN shareholders,

Please let me take the honor as a new CEO of SPIN to introduce myself to the IH group. I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.

My communication style will be very direct, straignt forward and speaking the truth as an avid entrepreneur who wants to build a great company long term in alignment with my vision on how to grow Bitech Technologies (OTCQB:SPIN) to the next level of growth. It is Saturday night my time in California and I’m writing this note as this is my dedicated work ethics and I do care for all shareholders of SPIN.

A big shareholder of SPIN and I had a long and candid talk earlier today and he is extremely happy now after years of bitterness. SPIN’s new management team (now Bitech Technologies) has been working so hard synergistically to build this new company to the next multi billion dollar company and we believe we can do it due to a number of factors in this hottest industry today where we believe our renewable energy technology is disruptive and pervasive. We believe some of old, existing shareholders of SPIN are not aware of the multitude of this multi billion dollar company where our disruptive energy tech could be so useful in so many applications outside of crypto mining. To name a few, our technology can be used in solar power plants, transportation, commercial and residential, and even EV (with some footprint modifications), and many more. Today, anywhere in the world, innovations in power saving have been the most sought after technologies and many power grids are facing new challenges, leading to a shortage or interruption of power, we believe this Tesdison technology we introduce to the world can forever change the landscape of the energy sector while helping our Mother Earth green again.

I’m personally proud to be the new CEO of this company knowing what I can personally contribute to the green movement in our generation, and knowing what I and my new talented, committed and capable core team can do to make this company the next global icon of the new energy sector with a new humble beginning today.

I appreciate you trust and patience to help us together build up what you have probably considered lost and disappointed as we, together, taking over the control of of our new destiny with the new SPIN, navigating toward the new direction with an exciting journey to make all existing shareholders handsome return on their investments in the near future.

For those who do not believe in the new SPIN (now Bitech), you can feel free to sell off your position and slowly exit; and I can promise to you I will rebuild this company once and for all to benefit those who believe in me and my management team and our disruptive technology, which, by the way, has been validated by NTS (www.NTS.com), the undisputed world leader of technology testing, validation, and certification.

If one can understand the power of this core technology we have controlled, then we can work together to support our generation currently in need, and the next generations. Many of our new shareholders, especially millennials, believe Bitech Technologies is a multi billion dollar company to be and it does not deserve a 3- 4M market cap! That’s why the new Board plans to authorize more shares to be used in the future (not necessarily issue all out), once and for all, without needing to ever authorize shares again in the future, at least for decades.

Almost a decade ago, a company named Quantum Scape (NASDAQ: QS) started its technology venture and even today they still do not have any revenue, How do the public perceive its fundamental analysis when their market cap today is over 5B with so much trading volume? It’s the innovative battery technology and that is the future of our generation and the next. Our Tesdison technology is a revolutionary patented battery technology fueled with a fly wheel mechanism, controlled by voltage-regulating microchip controller, thus producing more energy output and even working off-grid with minimal loss. As for me, I will continue to dedicate myself working with my committed management team to work very hard everyday to build up this company with long term growth plan as we plan to commercialize this breakthrough technology in the near future.
