Could it be all the previously false promo's for non-existent subsidiaries?
Could it be the fake Gifa Token scam?
Could it be that Kisa is still being investigated for the fake Gifa Token and violation of usury laws?
Could it be complaints to OTC Markets and the SEC for all those things?
Whatever the reason, GIFX isn't getting rid of the Skull & Crossbones like others have, that filed financial reports. Still CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

Their Q-1 FILING IS LATE IF NOT FILED BY THIS MONDAY the 16th and THEY WILL STILL BE SKULL & BONES DIRTY - it's a "sure thing" and the only "sure thing" on this TRNC crime hole scam !!

But oh - you can get some $2000 PER MAGIC TOKEN GIFA-CON fake "Crypto coins" LOL !!

So they got that going for um - now that their magic oil tanker and fake "petroleum division" is 100% VANISHED AND GONE LOL !!!

It vanished a few weeks back - another fake "subsidiary" and 2-bit one page website with a photoshopped fake "GIFA INC MASSIVE OIL TANKER" that never made port - just "POOF"...the ole I Dream Of Jeannie blinked-out of existence :)

Another faux "GIFA subsidiary" that never existed bites the dust - did hot-shot Anthony Law "inquire" about that in their 5 minutes of "email and phone due diligence" they did from 6,000 miles away ? Inquiring minds want to know :)

Still waiting on the "WE'RE MOVING OUR MAJOR FINANCIAL DIVISIONS TO THE UNITED KINGDOM to avoid TRNC banking law violations and changes" - no update yet on that and Anthony Law sorta kinda also "missed" that tid bit in their judicious and lightening fast "Review" they claim to have performed ???
