IMO- It's no secret that Jimmy Chan, CEO, of Sugarmade, and Joe Noel, Director of Research, Cannabis Global, have been working together for years. Joe as Jimmy's stock advisor and consultant. Joe Noel, a convicted felon with a SEC imposed lifetime bar from all penny stock activity. Yet, it seems that being barred by the SEC- hasn't stopped Joe. Gotta give the guy credit for being a risk taker! Perhaps it's his sealed DOJ records?
I wonder how many of the other fellas in this photo are included in the deal. Could there be 4 or 5 companies that actually work behind the scene as just one? Sharing resources, and helping each other?
