Shazamm, if more people are selling, the stock price will go lower faster. Lower SP means more shares are needed to fund the company. Once the total outstanding share count approaches 600 million, Leo needs to ask permission from shareholders for more.

I'm hoping the majority of shareholders know what Leo is up to and vote no, but I doubt that'll be the outcome. I'm sure if you know your shares will eventually go to $0, you'll either sell or vote no. If Leo does not have permission for more authorized shares, game over.

This is my understanding and could be wrong.
