Wrong. They have billions to sell. Dilution never ends here. Even with volume days of 1 to 2 billion did not move it. Will never run because dilution never ends. Once a/s maxed out yet again. At this level big r/s will come next. Then start diluting all over again. They make more selling shares. Clear to see that with this level of dilution. They never sell enough cbd to make millions they already are selling shares.
