I see what you mean, and the lower boundary of the channel lines up with the trendline established since March 2021.

I'm still learning TA/charts, but trendlines and channels can be especially useful during an extended uptrend or downtrend. A break below (or above) a long established trendline can be a big TA signal.

Livent looks interesting. The Lithium ETF (LIT) doesn't even have them in their top 10 holdings, which is dominated by Chinese and foreign companies (except Albemarle). Owning some Livent separately could make some sense.

But I'm re-evaluating my overall allocation strategy with stocks, and may just stick with the S+P 500 and a few ETFs. Having individual stocks is fun and interesting, but not ideal if you have to be nimble. The market environment for the next year or so doesn't look too great. There are bound to be some decent rallies, but looks like a bear market for a while, maybe an extended period.
