There's a dirty little secret the social justice activists don't want to say about "male dominated" silicon valley.

It isn't and hasn't been for at least a decade.

Asians and people from India represent 5% of our population, but represent 25% of high tech employees. People of European heritage are 60% of our population but are only 50% of high tech employees.

And if social justice activists took the time to watch CNBC, they'd see many women and many people of Asian heritage in company leadership positions.

But the need for social justice activists to blame People of European heritage for the cause of all their problems is strong. But at least it helps explain why people of Asian heritage don't fully prescribe to the BLM and social justice activist cause.
