I don't fault the CEO for raising Reg A monies as poring over their fins he clearly had to fulfill monetary obligations to his Taiwanese j/v partners.

And it looks to be less than $500K raised via the Reg A to boot. Which is peanuts compared to the eye popping net earnings being generated each Q.

Maybe this CEO should consider doing a reverse split and uplisting to a big board exchange as it's beyond belief shocking how this company can be generating this much net income yet be trading so far beneath its market cap to the point of total and absolute absurdity.

Keepin' BMXI on my radar this summer to see if anyone discovers this hidden gem.
