I don't know the timing of how long it takes to get the AS increased. I do think that if the AS were to be increased tomorrow, the A-1s could be converted that same day.

Perhaps I'm wrong. Perhaps there is some nonpublic info in the A-1s that say there needs to be a waiting period? I doubt it, but I don't want to claim something I don't know for a fact.
