Are they talking about the whole plot of land and the bldg or just the bldg?

the whole plot of land is larger
the building is smaller than the one in dai loc

to use the dai loc facility kbl had to build lab space inside that facility per the ministry of science.
that lab space was only a fraction of the facility.
the wall on the left is part of the lab space.
i had to crop this pic so you only see part of that white wall of the lab.


the new building has more usable space than dai loc.


the proposal by kbl always had an additional facility for egg production once quang nam production was proven to vietnam ministry officials.
