But the PPS did not react
* MM drove the price down , if that was retail buying pressure it would not have come back down.
* 191 trades out of no where , no catalysts, no disclosures, no filings or PR out
yesterday .
* Now it opens -15% down at open today , with that many shares .

spells conversion of shares, someone or multiple converting shares off pgs 4,5,6 , all those shares that were issued are Unrestricted common shares. At that amount on those pages , a long , long ways to go to get rid of the convertible debt from New Issued shares and not just one party , multiple parties can do at any time. lets see.
