Why not cancel the 14c and issue one when they have a definitive answer on whether a reverse will be required. It's like walking around with a cloud over your head - will they issue a reverse, won't they issue a reverse.

The prior 14c is a good example - it was issued and acted upon 12 months later - 8k was filed. in the 12th month.
They also tweeted a number of months after issuing the 14c that they didn't believe they needed a reverse but they would let us know when and if one is required.
Ultimately the 8k was cancelled. But the process from when the 14c was filed to when the 2nd 8k was filed to cancel the reverse was about 17 months. Would be nice to not repeat this process. This is why I suggest they file a 14c when they determine if a reverse is required.

I agree that revenue generation can take longer than expected. Is anyone sitting on the sidelines waiting to make buying decisions on the solar panels, batteries etc. My guess is demand generation will take some time which is a precursor to orders, revenue etc. Maybe SNPW can share their expectations on revenue timelines etc.

My opinions.
