Check out the E$$XPI chart from Feb 2015 as they did the exact same thing in preparation for their uplist. Hammer the ask and buyback shares
E$$XPI went from $0.27 to $19 all on the OTC Markets.

I'm already anticipating all the cynical comments that are about to come after posting this... Good...go find another stock at.30 cents that is audited and profitable. Once we rid ourselves of the toxic note holders we are going up IMHO...
