There is no need to worry.

I'm in another custodianship that had a very similar pump and dump by previous management with contested shares and it was taken care of in the custodianship court case quite easily. That stock is about to do a reverse merger.

This "news" has nothing to do with Lazar or the current ZENO shell or current shareholders and that will be proven in court if need be.

I'm not concerned in the least, just as I wasn't concerned about the late filings before.

Courts grant custodianships so that the custodian can clean up the shell. It's all par for the course.

Again, this is a non-issue and will be taken care of easily.
