As one of the few who have called SPIN correctly for a decade,

SPIN can't be a "pump and dump" ??? ROFLMAO !!!

That SPIN is fully reporting is completely irrelevant.
Because insiders can't sell .... is ... irrelevant.
Because Bitech recently place shares at .35 (OF BITECH AND NOT SPIN SO PRICE COMP AT .35 IS NOT FOR THE SAME COMPANY) is also irrelevant .... in fact those that purchased share of Bitech .... may have been market buyers of SPIN leading into the purchase and ..... could buy and sell in the open market moving the price around. Ya know ..... some investors have access to information they shouldn't right ? I know of such an example with SPIN.

In fact ... MORE REASON SPIN can be a pump and dump. A P&D doesn't necessarily mean insiders need to make a profit. Outside sources can do it and don't need insider permission to make a play.

Certainly agree another raise is on deck.

Their website is minimal and a competent mgmt team gets the job done. SPIN mgmt .... LOL .... not so much as history shows. Novel eh ?

Irrelevant whether SPIN directors like the deal or not. They just want their money back. They should be dropped from the BoD shortly after the lockup period as they provide no value to Bitech beyond resolving legacy SPIN issues.
