Interesting acquisition. $33M termination fee. Is that kind of low?

Analysts seem to be pretty positive, though somewhat surprised. Not sure how unique their technology is. One of their devices is used for the generic equivalent of EpiPen. There may be some synergies. Time will tell. The main goals seemed to have been to get more revenue diversification and durability. I think this acquisition lowers the downside risk especially if few co-formulation patents are issued.
