From an email correspondence with agent for LIACF.

Thanks for contacting me. I'll do my best to respond to your questions below:

Peru
-we await permits for drilling.
-work program
-updated economic
-updated PEA
-feasability: detailed capital information
Basically 2+ years to production
* As per our company disclosure

Nevada:
-drilling (currently happening)
-assay results
-maiden PEA end of June 2022
-feasibility later 2022
Basically 3+ years to production
*As per our company disclosure
2. Yes, there is some regulations, for example it took the Nevada TLC project 1 year to have our plan of operations approved.
We also acknowledge that government has demonstrated strong support for battery metals and could be an asset going forward. Lithium has been deemed a strategic national resource.
In Peru there was a government change, and permit delays.

3. Macasani Uranium, we are looking at the best course of action to achieve full value for the project. The 2016 PEA is what the current NPV 650million is based on, we are in the process of updating our PEA, as the value is not fully reflected.

4. Correct, however those numbers will change as cost to process and value per ton will change too.
they will be based on a 3-year trailing average.(currently cost $4,300 and selling price of $70k per ton)

5. LIACF will base their extraction and processing with 3 possible options (roasting) is one of them. The extraction/processing will be based on best practice of economic and environmental strategies.

6. Uplisting is expected within a month.

7. Andrew Bowering, yes, your reference is correct.(sold MillennialLithium to American Lithium)
(Cash on hand)
As per funds in treasury $53 mil CND = $42mil USD
