Yes same company. You can tell by the volume that a lot of old time triple zip holders are willing to sell in this range because they know that with the restrictions off the company will start printing shares again...just like the old days until Latitica shut them down.

Worst thing that could have happened to the shareholders is the removal of the restriction to issue shares.
