There is a 6-month mandatory holding period for anyone receiving stock.

The quick dumping you often see on OTC is due to debt settlement. But even then the debt has to be 6 months old. Promissory notes etc.

There could be ways around it, I suppose. What some toxic lenders do, is, they short the stock or whatever, sometimes illegally.

But that's not the case here. It's pretty much a certainty that the shares issued are restricted for the next 6 months.
