Anyone not wearing "rose-colored" glasses would agree!

Still looks bad to me.

Received a call from my architect this week on a project. He informed me that the local school broad just received their bids back on a project.

They came back at 3xs over budget.

If folks understands what that means, they know that the building industry is under more than heavy pressure due to raising material cost.

If one has been around more than 40-years, they understand what happens to the furniture business when the construction industry shuts down.

For those keeping score, the district put a halt to the project. Been doing this over 40-years, I've never seen a project come in 3xs over cost.

Looks like Steve is getting out of Vystar at the right time.
