LOLOLOLOOLOLOL ...... Wrong,

Thanks ! in case you didn't notice, I've called the outcome of this company for a decade. I have also owned it on and off for that same time period. This morning I sold right out of the gate shares that I bought for pennies just waiting for this mgmt to get something done.

Hold your SPIN ..... let it play out. Your choice. And has nothing to do with me. I made my bank already. And I'll be back if I see an opportunity.

SPIN shareholders are getting diluted 96% .... and will be diluted further. This company has a couple hundred K in the bank, and no business today.

If you are big SPIN shareholder I hope you bought your stock after mgmt drove it into the ground otherwise you are quite a bit under water. And if you get your info from the pied piper of SPIN .... ROFLMAO ..... I feel bad for ya.

The last dilution at .35 was for Bitech .... a non public company that didn't have 500 million shares outstanding. Cross reference that against 500 million shares and I got news for ya ... it ain't .35. It is far lower. I'll let you do the math. SPIN mgmt could not raise a wet paper bag. =)

Anyway .... the best case for SPIN investors at the moment is to hype this as best possible while Bitech owns the preferred and prior to conversion of the shares so the common stock can be pumped to the moon. Need to amend the share count to issue all that stock and dilute further ..... i.e. see 750 mil to 1 billion for the new max allowed. I'll be waiting for the pumping. Although .... anyone raising money for Bitech at this point now is going to understand lending based on 500 million shares .... not 20 million shares which is what today's SPIN price reflects. Since Bitech doesn't really have a business at this point, the enterprise value isn't much ..... from what I see it's basically all on one patent.

Good luck to you, and stick to what you know.
