Ok, folks, seems there's some confusion over this, as I understand it, "shareholder lawsuit" and what's allowed in the rules here.
There can be discussion about this, but there cannot be solicitation of funds. Yes, simply posting a link or information to where contributions can be made is an implied solicitation so not allowed publicly.
I've seen people say they don't have PM. Happy Hour is available every Friday from 4pm-5pm EST. All Users have access to premium features including private messaging during this time. If someone has asked for information and you can't reply publicly as it violates the TOS, then you can always share via PM during this time. Again, though, spamming this to people who did not request this information via PM is still a TOS violation.
Any questions, or if I've somehow misread the situation, please send me a PM (all Users can PM Admin) as continuing this discussion publicly would be a TOS violation.
