Cardano (ADA) TVL Monsoon

One of the problems in crypto is that crypto people are actually a little bit too smart and they will always find an ingenious way to achieve a goal even if it's of dubious worth. Cardano is currently feeling the initial sprinklings of what many hope will eventually become a monsoon of total value locked in the ecosystem. But, right now at the beginning, it's probably important that we ask the overarching philosophical question: is value locked an inherently good thing?
