Could be wrong, but I read the RS is an option? Now they just dont have to give notice IF they decide to RS. and speaking of bad memories, the last time an RS was on the table, they called it off. Nick would be as hard hit as anyone with 34 mil common shares. Would think he would be savvy enough to also announce soon some huge win to accompany this 14c as the RS generally always has a terrible reputation with little otc stocks. To
