[Release us]

For some reason, I don't think we've heard

the last from Judge Sweeney.

At the very least I think she will release

the documents. She may do more if she has

the ability.

You know she's pissed. She spent all that time.

Read the wording on the order from her Chief Judge

ORDER

Pursuant to Rule 40.1(c) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims,
and because I find that the transfer of the above-captioned case is necessary for the efficient
administration of justice, this case shall be transferred to Judge Margaret M. Sweeney
by
the Clerk of Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
