I'm not sure if it could be introduced as new evidence or if you would need new litigation.

Back a few years ago, when the 11,000 documents were a hot topic on here. Someone had stated that they were just trying to hide them while the statute of limitations expired..

Rekcusdoo who was a lawyer said that won't work.

He said the clock don't start running on the statute of limitations until the new information becomes known. Hiding may kick the can down the road, but will not stop a brand new clock from starting.

and where would could such documents be used?
