Only few companies fit this criteria in California mj. They are few and far between and all good companies.

RWGImerger has mentioned 2 companies on twitter, 1 had 48 mil in revenues and other over 20 million(Wonderbrett) but they're quickly growing and have already expanded nationally.

Wonderbrett makes most sense for incoming merger candidate. But there is other possibilities. Wonderbrett has been experiencing tremendous growth past few years and so if they do merge in, it's an absolute home run. Expanding nationally while rolling out new products. (vapes, oils, etc)

CSLI has stated they are only doing business with cash flowing positive companies.
