I'm trying to get an accurate share count. They did that $10M private placement last August. But then used a large portion of the proceeds to repurchase those 20M shares.

Looks like there's a lot of warrants now at .29-.35. Good to know the PP investors are in at double the current price. Think we're getting a bargain down here.
