I wonder if they would choose to do a capital raise and a reverse split at the same time? We don't need the cash. We have plenty and profitable it seems. But they did mention needing 300 shareholders. According to my data, that is exactly what we have. 300. Not more or less. We couldn't afford to lose a single one.

But what IFFF they did a big deal with a Tesla or something. And did a capital raise to go big at the same time, which would bring more investors and more shares, which would also bring more liquidity to a reverse split. Doing all at once in a big power grab, and take on a more ambitious project with a such a hypothetical private placement...

It would be very interesting to do a reverse split that way. At the same time announcing a private placement, an ambitious goal, all merged into one great reverse split and up listing.

Just my thought experiment is all. But it is possible and would be very interesting if the cards fell that way.
