There was never any "profits". This was a pump and dump from Day 1 from Edwards and Turino. Casavant came in later and blew out the O/S thanks to Roger Glenn's fraud.

These aholes ran 20 years and 200 stocks worth of pump and dumps.

Put it this way, that fat twat thief Treffry was writing bogus opinion letters for Casavant on another stock years before the idea of the CMKX scam was even thought up. Thankfully, the DOJ has a crapload of documents, witness statements, wiretaps, computer information they obtained from suckering these fools into downloading keyloggers. Over 2 Million documents.

You didn't make money on CMKX unless you pulled a scam like Hodges or the Treffry/Shelia/Reece group dumping their revoked shares on suckers. Hodges dumped everything thru his Clayrale shell corp scam including shares he was given from the CMKX treasury. Tref and Shelia used the message boards to pump and dump the bogus trust theory so they could unload their shares at inflated prices.

Everyone who bought shares from them can file complaints with law enforcement for theft by deception and can sue them in small claims court to recover funds.
