The only reason people bought shares recently was for the pump story of ENDV acquiring a construction company. They were mislead to believe the acquisition was going to be completed by Dec 31 and seeing millions of dollars in revenue in 2022.
We can see by the Reg A, the acquisition of the construction company has not happened. I'm willing to bet this is not a random company. Is probably some close associate of ENDV CEO.
The CEO has mislead investors with his Sofpulse sales projections in 2018. He had a full year to prove sales before Covid hit and he was unable to do anything.
