The charts agreed with your assessment. The S&P 500 made a double top at 4589. Then the Russell 2000 failed to stay above its prior high. It looks like the S&P 500 will test its prior waterfall-low of 4327. The waterfall decline is usually the low, or near the low. I saw a piece by Lance Roberts talking about the recent waterfall decline. Then Chris Ciovacco said we haven’t yet had a waterfall decline. I hope Chris is wrong.
